Services used by Beyond Sandbox

Beyond Sandbox uses Epic Online Services through Redpoint for multiplayer. The service may process your Meta or Steam account identifier, username, and related technical information needed to connect you with other players.

Voice chat is provided by Unity Vivox. When you choose to use voice chat, Vivox processes microphone audio in real time. Atlas XR does not record or store this audio. Vivox may also process a user identifier, device identifier, and truncated IP address as described in its privacy documentation.

Mods are listed and downloaded through mod.io. mod.io processes the information needed to provide and manage those downloads.

Sentry and Meta may process crash reports and technical diagnostics so Atlas XR can identify and fix problems with the game.

Information we do not collect

Beyond Sandbox does not collect or store:

• Payment or purchase information
• Passthrough or camera images
• Room scans or spatial mapping data
• Hand- or body-tracking data

Purchases made through Meta or Steam are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

Contact

If you contact Atlas XR, we receive the information you provide so we can respond to your request. Contact submissions are processed by Web3Forms and protected against spam by hCaptcha. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain necessary support records.

Your choices

You can choose not to use optional services such as voice chat or mods. To request access to or deletion of information controlled by Atlas XR, email contact@beyondsandbox.com. Information controlled by Meta, Steam, Epic Games, Unity, mod.io, Sentry, Web3Forms, or hCaptcha is subject to the privacy policy and request process of that provider.

Updates

We may update this policy when Beyond Sandbox or the services it uses change. The effective date above will be updated when that happens.
